Prices until December 15, 2008:

1 bedroom Apartment, max. 2 persons:	$ 75.00 per day/night
2 bedroom Apartment, max. 4 persons:	$ 115.00 per day/night
Studio, max. 2 persons:	$ 65.00 per day/night

Check-in time is from 15:00 hours onward; check-out time is before 11:00 hours.

Prices above are excluding Tourist tax and cleaning-fee. Tourist Tax: US$ 5.50 per person, per day. Cleaning-fee (once) US$ 35.00. If you like, for late night arrivals a package of goodies for your first morning's breakfast can be arranged (US$ 15.00).

No refunds will be made towards unused rental time!

When making your reservation, a deposit of 30% is required.

When making your reservation:

• Deposit of 30% required to confirm your reservation.

• Cancellations made 31 days out or more: Loss of 30% Deposit

• Final balance due 45 days prior to arrival time.

• Cancellations under 31 days, no shows or unused nights and / or package features: NO REFUNDS.

Louth Realty Management will be glad to arrange car rental reservations. We can also offer guided kayaking, mountain biking, and nature tours as well as guided snorkeling and diving.
