All rates are per room per night and are excluding 10 % service charge as well as government tax of US$ 6.50 per person per day. Max. 2 children under 13 stay free when sharing room with paying adult(s). Service charge is subject to 5 % sales tax. An energy surcharge of US$ 15 per room per night will be added. Safe rental is included in this rate.

All rates based on single or double occupancy, with the exception of the 2 bedroom villa's that sleep 4 adults maximum. All other room categories surcharge for additional adult is US$ 30.00 (plus 10 % service charge) per person. Service charge is subject to 5 % sales tax.

Full American Breakfast Buffet: Adult US$ 18.00, Child US$ 9.00. All meals are subject to 5 % sales tax.

* suite, standard room: run of house room allocation in junior suite laguna, junior suite ocean or grand suite laguna.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Cancellation fees (per person): $50.00 within 90 to 60 days of departure and $100.00 within 59 to 14 days of departure in addition to vendor imposed fees shown below. Within 7 days - non-refundable. NO refund or credit for unused portions of package such as dives or meals not taken or early departures due to customers choice or inclement weather or acts of God.

CHANGES, REVISIONS & LATE BOOKINGS: No charge for the first revision. $25.00 fee for second and subsequent revisions or if new tour documents are required due to revisions. Bookings made 30 days or less prior to departure require immediate full payment and will be subject to a $25.00 non-refundable late booking fee.

Deposit of 3 nights required to confirm your reservation.

Final balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made 45-31 days out: 3 night penalty

Cancellations under 30 days, no shows or unused nights and / or package features due to premature departure: NO refunds
